Having identified a conspicuous lacuna in the Indian academic sphere, we at ISM, collectively took it upon ourselves to fundamentally reform our curriculum that constituted traditional, jaded and age-old modules. Despite requisite syllabus and in-depth lectures, we realised that the alarming drop-out rates, colossal unemployment and attrition statistics had become a cause of national concern for both the employers and the employees. Given the wave of technological advancements, easy availability of information and evolved lifestyle, we figured the minds of present-generation or ‘millenials’ as some of us call them operate a lot differently than those of their parents’ generation.
